Arts Engine celebrates independent, social-issue media through Big Mouth Films, MediaRights.org and the Media That Matters Film Festival. In the past year, Arts Engine presented two Big Mouth Films, Election Day and Arctic Son, both of which are part of P.O.V.'s programming for 2007-2008. MediaRights.org is home to many resources for our 17,000 members and hundreds of thousands of online users annually, including nearly 7,000 documentary films in a database available for free online, a monthly newsletter, Upstream and Shortlist. The seventh annual Media That Matters Film Festival is currently touring the world and streaming online, while the eighth annual festival will launch on May 28th, 2008.
